Return period
Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Requirements for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase or receipt is required.

- Products that show obvious signs of use (for example: CDs, DVDs, tapes, software, video games, vinyl records) or that are not in their original condition, are damaged or incomplete.
